Tally – quiz hosting and form collection.
Make (Integromat) – automation connecting form submissions to our email platform.
MailerLite – email delivery and subscriber list management.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. This includes utilizing the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or verifying that the recipient is certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. How long we keep your data

Mailing List Data: We retain your name and email address for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter, or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we will remove your details from our active mailing list immediately. Minimal records may be securely archived for a limited period strictly to maintain evidence of your original consent or to comply with legal obligations.
Quiz Data: Your individual quiz responses and raw results are processed dynamically. Once our automation system (Make) routes your data and fires your results email, your raw quiz answers are not permanently stored on Tally or Make.
